Multicultural aspect of management has always interested me. When I realized there was the possibility of research, either in India or Japan, with the Renault Foundation, I applied. This project made me more interested in the Foundation.

In the MBA group there were Brazilian students, Japanese, Iranians and South Koreans. We gradually learnt to adapt to these different cultures, to accept them, to understand and work with them.
