Why the Foundation?
The Renault Foundation contributes to the international outreach policy. Its mission is to promote a multicultural management method, and make it possible for high-achieving students to become managers of international companies.
The Renault Foundation actively participates in the development of young talents with an approach that combines discovery and knowledge. It also creates ties between companies and universities, and between France and countries with which Renault and the Foundation have developed special relationships.

In France, Renault Foundation implemented innovative training programs in cooperation with Paris Dauphine and the IAE of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne universities, the Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, the HEC School of Management, and the ParisTech institutes, including the École Polytechnique, École des Ponts ParisTech, and the École des Mines ParisTech.
Abroad, the actions of the Renault Foundation are carried on through the most prestigious universities of participating countries.

In addition to the Cycle Majors Renault dedicated to Japanese students, the Dauphine Sorbonne Renault MBA and ParisTech Renault Foundation Master “Transportation and Sustainable development”, have been created and are open to various nationalities. Plus, the Renault Foundation, in partnership with Polytechnique and the HEC School of Management, created the Renault-Polytechnique-HEC Chair in “Multicultural Management and Corporate Performance”. The mission of the Chair is to encourage young graduates to understand and implement managerial practices suited to diverse economic realities.
Since its creation, the Renault Foundation has welcomed 370 students from 9 countries. It has also allowed students from HEC and ParisTech to benefit from the management skills acquired in transnational companies, thanks to the Renault-Nissan Alliance.
The Renault Foundation contributes 2.7 million Euros to its missions each year.
